  New Covenant is a wonderful church in Richmond Hill that is faithful to preach Christ and reach into the community. It is solidly reformed and has a good mixture of young families and senior citizens. I have attended for a year, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for church.

  The gospel is faithfully preached, members strive to love/welcome visitors, and the elders are more concerned about spiritual than numerical growth.

  If you want to understand God's word, reform theology, and the Christian life to a deeper level, then New Covenant is the place for you. If you want to be entertained by surface level preaching, and go to a rock concert....then you might want to look elsewhere. I have studied a-lot of theology and listened to a-lot of sermons, and unfortunately, most other pastors just don't seem to teach me anything new in their sermons, so I can't grow. But Pastor Batzig always manages to bring new insights that open my eyes to the richness of God's word in a new way. With that said, Pastor Batzig's preaching is not only theologically rich, but enjoyable as well, with a hint of humor. The worship is good too because it focuses more around the congregation singing and worshipping, nut just the musicians up front. I love Christian contemporary worship music and rock, even metal, but on Sundays I would rather hear myself sing a little than be drowned out by the concert. I love this community and I consider myself very fortunate to be a part of it, growing in Christ, and developing relationships. If you haven't checked it out, then I highly recommend you do, and we will warmly welcome you.

  The gospel is preached faithfully every week and services are very rich and Christ-centered. There are lots of young families and children, but New Covenant is very welcoming to everyone!

  New Covenant has outstanding leadership and commitment from its members, elders, and its pastor Nick Batzig. If you are searching for a Christ centered church where the Bible is taught faithfully and accurately, this is the church for you! My wife and I are a younger couple and are grateful to be members at New Covenant. Join us at 11 am on Sundays and experience fellowship with brothers and sisters in Christ:)
